This retreat is a quick weekend getaway where the main theme is to relax and have fun!

We meet at Las Rocas Resort and Spa in Rosarito by 7pm on Friday, 11/9/18. We'll check in to our rooms, get settled, and meet up for an 8pm opening dinner where we can get acquainted and unwind.

There will be 3 morning yoga practices and 2 guided meditations just before sunset.

The rest of the time is free time! There are 2 pool areas on the property, and there are 2 beaches that can be accessed by stairs straight off of the resort's property. One of the beaches is rocky, but is good for walking (with water shoes, sandals, or sneakers), and tide pooling. The other beach is sandy and is good for sunning and swimming.

SURFERS! The famous K38 is less than a mile south and can be accessed from the rocky beach side or a short drive.

There is an on-site full service spa that has delightful massages, facials, manicures/pedicures and other treatments.

Spa menu/price list will be provided to guests before we arrive.

Typically, we venture out for dinner on Saturday night and Sunday brunch. This is optional for those of you who just want to chill at the resort. They have a full menu and great ambiance. There is also lots of souvenir shopping and some lovely local art shopping in Puerto Nuevo and Rosarito.
