It is a trip to teach to over 200 people on the beach! What a beautiful, natural, and alive setting it is! The waves, the crowds, the surfers, the observers, the cyclists, and everyone in motion including the Yogis and Yoginis! They really worked it out there and gave it their all...their reward was a sweet extended savasana and they deserved it!
